If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- Unused
- In the same condition that you received them
- In the original packaging
- Not damaged, washed, or altered
- Returned with proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return once used, especially items that have been in contact with birds, food, water, or cages.

This may include:
- Used feeding bowls
- Used perches
- Used chew toys
- Used cage accessories
- Items with signs of bird contact

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video of the issue
- A photo of the shipping label if needed

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
